Happy New Year Champion, I always reflect at the end of each year on the goals I set out to accomplish. Some of them I met, and of course some I did not meet.

I’ve experienced tremendous successes and some I care not to remember failures as well! I will remember the failures, because in order to experience success, we must go through the halls of failure. It’s just a fact of life!

The keys to success in life is to set realistic goals, by writing them down, placing those written goals in a place where you can see them each and every day, then take all out massive action to ensure you meet your goals. That’s what I do, and I highly recommend that you do the same.

The Top Ten Most Memorable Events of 2010 for me are as follows:

10. Launched my web design business (McMillionaire Marketing).

09. Shortly after launching McMillionaire Marketing, I attended a networking event in Jacksonville, FL picked up 3 new clients.

08. Met Hotep, CEO and Founder of Hustle Univerisity at a Let Us Make Man event. Hotep taught me a few things.

07. Attended the FIRST ZamZuu National Convention in St. Louis, MO.

06. Attended our Team Vision Christmas Party (see pictures here).

05. One more member was welcomed into our family (my brother and his wife delivered a beautiful daughter).

04. Visited my favorite aunt in Hattiesburg, MS (it had been 5 years since I’d seen her).

03. My daughter book (Love In Ruins) was released on Nov 16th.

02. One of my daughters received her Bachelors Degree on Dec 10th

01. I am Blessed and Highly favored, and know deep within my heart that God has something special in store for me and my family.

These may not seem like huge or even life changing events to you. However, for me, they are, as they stand out for various reasons! Now as we prepare to go into 2011, think back to 2009. Where were you? Now look at 2010. Did you make advances? Or where there setbacks? How did you handle the setbacks? Are you in a better place both spiritually and financially? Remember, it’s not so hard for you to change.

Happy New Year, make 2011 your BEST year yet!

As I was driving earlier this morning, this message was laid on my heart and I had to share it with you! Live Your Dream(s)!

You see, somewhere along the way as we proceed
<through life, and we stop dreaming! As children, we dream BIG. We were going to become Doctors, Lawyers, Professional Atheletes, Authors, Scientist, etc. We were going to travel the world, experience life as it were intended. Then reality hit and you and I both did not go in the direction of our dreams. Why is that?

Life got in the way of our dreams and we stopped dreaming. Reality then took over. Whether it was family, jobs, friends, church, school, obligations, and a host of other things. I want you to know that is okay to dream. It’s okay to go after your dream.

Here’s why? It’s your dream and you and I both know that we’re not going to live forever. Once we die, our dreams die with us. No one can live your dream, except you. So why not get out there and chase dowwn and live your dreams? Chase them down with every breath. It will take lots of tears, some sweat and a few drops of blood. Isn’t it worth it to achieve your dreams? Along the way you will experience failure, even run into dream-stealers (those people in your life who tell you that you’re crazy for going after your dream). They want you to fail, so that you remain in the same circumstances or situations that they’re in. Don’t fall for that! It’s your life, live it your way!

What you focus on, EXPANDS! If your focus is not on your dreams, they will not expand and come to life. Set your goals by writing them down, then placing completion dates with them. Put them in front of you on a daily basis so that they are visible (not in a notebook or tablet that is out of sight once closed).

Set your priorities, the people and things that are most important to you, such as religion, family, friends, business, goals, and work just to name a few. Determine how much time is required in each priority, then STICK TO IT. Adjustments may be needed, as you progress and grow.

I will share with you a few words from the Bible. The words come from Proverbs 23:7 and the portion of that verse that I want to share is “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he“. How you think, plays a huge role in the successes or failures in your life. If you’re consistently thinking and working on your dreams, you’re headed in the right direction. That’s greatness in every way!

Now get out there and LIVE YOUR DREAMS!

Until next time,

What I took from the message he shared with us and that I’m sharing with you is…

If you’ve ever been in a situation where you said or felt “I can’t, I feel like quitting, I can’t go on or This ain’t for me”, Coach’s response was You Always Never Know.

It is a very compelling statement once you think about it. It’s not just about business, it’s about life in general. If you fall (and you will), simply pick yourself up, dust yourself off and just keep going and pushing forward. The very next step that you take could be the one that turns your entire life and family’s lives around for generations to come.

Here an excellent example: Babe Ruth, one of Major League Baseball’s (MLB) all-time home run sluggers, led MLB in home runs and strike outs. He never knew if he was going to hit one out of the park or strike out. His job was to continue stepping into the batter’s box to take his swings and hacks. He ALWAYS never knew!

The moral or what you should take from this is: Don’t quit, don’t ever give up, because the next time you step to the plate, it could possibly be your time to shine and hit that grand slam home run that takes you to the top, the tip-top, the very top.

“You Always Never Know” Coach J.L. Tomer, April 14th 2008

To your tremendous success…and

**Reason # 9: Working about 40 hours a week, you’ll spend 2,000 hours a year working for your employer. In exchange you’ll get 80 hours of vacation time absolutely FREE!

**Reason # 8: It’s been a rough day. You’re home relaxing, watching “America’s Most Wanted” on TV and, to your horror, you realize the babysitter you leave your precious children with each and every day is on the FBI Top Ten Most Wanted list!

**Reason #7: You get up when you don’t want to, drive someplace you don’t want to go, and make a living working with people you really don’t like.

**Reason # 6: Would you be wearing something different if they didn’t tell you how to dress?

**Reason # 5: Your company may think it’s really cool to let you go. “Newsweek” Magazine says firing people has gotten to be trendy in corporate America.

**Reason # 4: Asking for time off is too much like asking your parents for permission.

**Reason # 3: Good News. You’ve survived the downsizing. The bad news is that you have to go home and tell the family you’re being transferred to a country you did not know existed.

**Reason # 2: Elephants work for peanuts – why should you? Shouldn’t you be paid what you’re really worth?

**Reason # 1: Yes, the Number 1 reason why working for someone else is just plain dumb: this is America and you don’t have to!

Yes, America is still the land of great opportunity but it’s just not in the same place you’re used to looking. You know, people who work half as hard as you do, and are earning great part-time incomes, taking dream vacations and even making fistfuls of money. What’s your excuse for not building your own successful business? What have you got to lose except a BOSS? Perhaps we can add another reason to this list. Why work for someone else, when you can work for yourself doing something you LOVE – sharing the joy and excitement of shopping and travel for fun and profit? If you still haven’t made the decision to become a home-based business owner, why not make today the day. CLICK HERE, and discover why we’re so Flat Out Excited!

My personal tax story (short version): When I first started in the home based business industry, I was not aware of the tax savings that were available to me on a yearly basis. I was un-informed, un-educated and un-mentored. Basically, I threw $1000s of dollars away over the first 3 or 4 years because I did not know. At $5,000 per year, that equates to over $15,000. WOW!!!

Times have changed, the more you know, the more you grow. The Internet has changed the way we live in a tremendous way. I did not come up with these tax laws, this information can be found at www.IRS.gov (the Internal Revenue Services Official Website). All you have to do is the research, I am simply sharing information. In addition, ALWAYS consult a Tax Professional or CPA.

Examples of deductible expenses include (but not limited to):

Vehicle Mileage

Computer and related business costs (Internet and phone)

Office Supplies

Utilities

Travel Expenses pertaining to your business (Coordinate your travel with business opportunities)

Property Taxes

Household Maintenance

Entertainment & Dining Out

Office Space used in your home based business

I am positive that the tax information that I’ve shared will benefit you. Become informed, educated and mentored. I highly recommend Dr. Ron Mueller’s Home Business Tax Savings Made Easy. Dr. Mueller provides an incredible learning center for the e home based business owner. You’ll receive tax tips, webinars and free downloads.

To your incredible success,

Hey Champion,

You’re probably wondering what “The WOW Factor” is! To understand what “The WOW Factor” is, how you can implement it into your daily and business life, and become more successful in what you do, I’ll share the definition of “WOW” with you.

According to Merriam-Webster, there are 4 uses or definitions of the word ”WOW“.

Interjection: used to express strong feeling (as pleasure or surprise)

Noun: a striking success

Transitive verb: to excite to enthusiastic admiration or approval <a performance that wowed the critics>

Noun: a distortion in reproduced sound consisting of a slow rise and fall of pitch caused by speed variation in the reproducing system

Guess what? None of those definitions reveal to you “The WOW Factor“. In most cases you encounter rejection during the sales and recruiting process. You approached a family member, friend or even a stranger/cold call and the answer you received after asking for the sale was a gut-wrenching “NO”. How many times has that happened. After a number of “NOs”, you consider what you’re doing is not right for you and quitting enters the mind. Not good, so stop that type of thinking right here and now.

You’re about to discover why it is all good. No matter what home based businesss or opportunity we participate in, it’s about making sales and/or recruiting new people or business partners. Some MLMers or Network Marketers are recruiters, while others may be in business to generate sales.

Remember, throughout the process, you’ve encountered rejection after rejection and then even more rejection. No matter who the potential prospect is or was that you’ve introduced your business, product and services to, your response should be and astounding ”WOW“.

Here are a few examples, with your “WOW” response:

Lisa, I started a new home based business and I would like for you to check out this new product. No, not interested, Lisa replies. Your <esponse should be "WOW".

Hey <Jerry, I have this hot new opportunity that I want to share with you. Jerry's response, No, I am not gonna join any program you're participating in. Your response should be "WOW".

Hey Rick, tomorrow night I would I am attending a meeting at XYZ hotel, and I would like to invite you out to see what we’re doing to generate income online. Rick replie is, No…I am too busy to come out to see what you have going on. Again, your response is “WOW”.

Ok, one more (positive version): Hey John, I am a rep with XYZ company and tonight my senior business partner is hosting a conference call, and you’re invited. John’s response, cool, what time? I would love to listen in, this just might be what I am looking for. Your response…”WOW”.

Your Response is ALWAYS “WOW”. Why should your response be “WOW“? Here’s the answer that you’ve been waiting for and it should amaze you. W.O.W. is an acronym which means With OR Without.

So when used in conjunction with any of the above example, when your response is “WOW“, your’re simply saying With Or Without you, I am and will be successful. So step up and implement “The WOW Factor” and continue creating and living your dream with or without the person or persons you have introduced your products, services and/or opportunity to. It the best thing you can do for you and your business! “WOW“!!!

Check in with you later!

I am sure, just as it with me, that you’ve looked at something (maybe a product, a service, company or

Several years ago, a secret was revealed to me and it became one of my many ”AHA” moments. It took a moment, and I eventually go it. Today you’re in for a treat, because I am sharing the same secret with you. Once you see this, you will see it over and over again and want to share the secret with your circle of friends and business partners.

Check out the FedEx logo (the same logo that you’ve seen hundreds of times over and thought nothing about). What do you see? On the surface, you see the word FedEx, just as I did. Look at it carefully! Do you see it?

It’s okay, most people don’t see it…

There’s an arrow in the FedEx logo. Take a look at it again, it’s there. Do you see it now? It’s may take you a few more looks to find it.

Alright, let me break it down for you. It’s right there, in the white space between the E and the x. See it? AHA, there it is, you see it…now you’ve just experienced an AHA moment!

The lesson you should get from this is…until someone who is an authority on the subject, presents the product, service, company or opportunity, you should take the time to listen, so that the facts are revealed and understood by you. Don’t rely on gossip and hearsay! Rely on the facts, they are there, you just may not see them, until you are directed to them!

I am reminded of a quote by Henry Ford: “Wealth is hidden from those who must do it all themselves. Wealth exposes itself to those patient enough to train others”.

To your tremendous success,

Greetings Champions,

I shared this with my readers back in Feb 2008 and still today, I believe it’s all about mindset. So again, I am sharing with you the difference between RICH and POOR. In most cases, before an individual can achieve any sort of success or begin creating wealth, he or she must understand and change their mindset. I begins with defining and understanding RICH vs. POOR. Once you acknowledge this, I am 100% positive that you will agree.

Merriam Webster’s definitions are as follows:

RICH: having abundant possessions and especially material wealth

POOR: lacking material possessions

My definition and understanding is as follows:

Realize
I
Can
Have

Passing
Over
Opportunities
Repeatedly

There was a time in my life where I continued to Pass Over Opportunities Repeatedly, not Realizing I Can Have. I can say with pure conviction and honesty that my life began to change once my mindset changed. I am RICH beyond my imagination. What I want you to know and believe is that once you stop Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly, you too can become RICH.

Now that you know and understand the difference between RICH & POOR, I want you to go out and have yourself a great day!!!

Cheers,
